Scheduling Request Form

Please complete the following schedule request form at your earliest convenience so that you may be guaranteed your desired training slots for the upcoming month. Should have any questions, please email scheduling@flymyflight.com.

At the beginning of each month please select the dates and times you would like to fly. These lessons are three hour blocks and you can select as many days of the week as you would like.

 
If you would like to make an instructor change you must email scheduling@flymyflight.com and submit that request in writing.

In order to hold a course spot, a one-time non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required prior to booking your course. NOTE: MyFlight will NOT charge your card until after a representative has spoken with you directly and confirmed your course dates/requests.
