Use the following form to book your accelerated course. Upon completion of this form, a MyFlight Scheduling Representative will reach out to you to confirm course dates and any additional information needed to complete your booking.

Course Deposit and Confirmation

In order to hold a course spot, a one-time non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required prior to booking your course. NOTE: MyFlight will NOT charge your card until after a representative has spoken with you directly and confirmed your course dates/requests.
