Complete this dispatch release form prior to any dual flight lesson or student solo flight.

This form must be completed prior to each flight lesson. Instructors will review this form with each student prior to any dual lesson. 

 
For solo flights this form must be submitted two hours prior to the start of the scheduled solo flight. Flight Ops, the Chief, or the primary instructor must review the submitted form and will issue flight release upon approval.

In order to hold a course spot, a one-time non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required prior to booking your course. NOTE: MyFlight will NOT charge your card until after a representative has spoken with you directly and confirmed your course dates/requests.
