Accelerated MEL Add-On (Private or Commercial)

  • 7-10 days at our KORL facility
  • Multiple flights per day
  • 10-15 flight hours (including checkride)

Can I Become a Private Pilot?
The requirements to become a Private Pilot are listed below:
  • Be at Least 16 Years Old to Earn a Student Pilot Certificate
  • Be at Least 17 Years Old to Earn a Private Pilot’s License
  • Be able to read, speak, and write the English Language
  • Must pass and have a third class medical (You may get this after you begin training but before your test. Click here to get a medical. In the dropdown menu, select AME.)

Most students complete their flight training between three and six months, depending on how often they fly. The more often you fly, the quicker the certification process will be. Most students fly between one and three times per week.

High-Performance Course

High-Performance Training and Endorsement

We offer high-performance training and the issuance of the high performance endorsement in the state of the art Diamond DA50 RG. This fun two day course consists of four hours of flight time in the DA50 RG, with a two hour ground. Your training will focus on the intricacies, considerations, and single-pilot resource management skills necessary to transition into faster and more capable aircraft. Completion of this course culminates in the issuance of the high performance endorsement granting you the ability to act as PIC of an aircraft with more than 200 horsepower.

Course Schedule and Cost

The total cost for the High-Performance Training Course is $2,593.50. A one-time non-refundable deposit of $1,500 applied to your total course is required to hold your course slot. The remainder is due upon beginning your course.

Complex Course

Complex Aircraft Course and Endorsement

We offer complex aircraft training and the issuance of the complex endorsement in the state of the art Diamond DA50 RG. This fun two day course consists of four hours of flight time in the DA50 RG, with a two hour ground. Your training will focus on learning the operation of more complex aircraft systems, including aircraft landing gear systems. Completion of this course culminates in the issuance of the complex aircraft endorsement granting you the ability to act as PIC of an aircraft with retractable gear.
